Team
Nesolearn is being built by a mission-driven founder and a rapidly growing community of contributors, educators, and believers in the future of skills t -income learning. Although the platform once had a five-member core team, the project is now being rebuilt and led by a single founder, supported by collaborators from the GOA Radio community and external advisors.
This lean, execution-focused structure reflects Nesolearn’s principle: Build first, scale with the right people, and let ownership be earned through contribution and impact.
Founding Member
Nehemiah Odu - Founder & Product Lead
Nehemiah is a second-time founder, EdTech innovator, IT Consultant and Web3 ecosystem builder. He currently leads the full product lifecycle of Nesolearn, from vision and UX to platform architecture, partnerships, GTM strategy, and operations.
With experience across software development, community-based learning systems, emerging tech, and digital distribution, Nehemiah brings a unique combination of:
EdTech product design
Blockchain and token-based reward design
Business development and partnerships
Growth strategy + community building
UI/UX thinking and software execution
Today, Nehemiah is building Nesolearn as a bootstrapped, high conviction founder, with the belief that accessible skills education can change one life, then one family, then one nation.
Current Support Network
Although Nesolearn does not currently have full-time employees, the project benefits from support across:
GOA Radio Community
Volunteer testers, ambassadors, and early evangelists
Independent Educators & Creators
Early course publishing and feedback loops
Student Volunteers
Campus onboarding trials and community surveys
Product & Engineering Friends of the Ecosystem
Occasional advisory support on infrastructure decisions
This lightweight + community-powered model enables fast execution while keeping operations cost-efficient during the pre-seed phase.
Future Hiring Plan - Build the Team Around the Mission
Nesolearn will transition gradually into a specialist-driven execution team, beginning with mission-critical hires and contributors post-launch:

Stage 2 — Market Expansion (seed round)
Growth lead, partnership lead, curriculum director, token economist
Stage 3 — Ecosystem & Institutions (post-scale)
Regional managers, compliance + legal, government relations, HR
Talent recruitment will be structured around:
Contributors first → employees later

Meritocracy over titles
Advisory & Partner Ecosystem (In Progress)
To support critical strategic decisions, Nesolearn expects to onboard advisors across:
EdTech and instructional design
Web3 token economics, ethics & governance
HR & talent placement
Institution partnerships and government education programs
Advisors will be brought in gradually based on execution needs, not for presentation optics.
Community-Driven Expansion
Nesolearn will not be built only by an internal team, it will scale through community co-ownership.
Planned contributor pathways:
Educator Launchpad
Course creators and mentors
Royalties + credentials
Nesolearn Ambassadors
Campus and regional evangelists
Tokens + badges + roles
Product Guilds
Designers, engineers, researchers
Tokens + future hiring priority

This ensures that the more a person contributes to growth, the more they earn and the more they own.
Vision for the Team Culture
Nesolearn is being designed to become the global home for builders who believe in skills > certificates, community > competition, and ownership > employment.
Team culture is based on:
Transparency over hierarchy
Ownership over employment
Trust earned through results, not titles
A mission larger than any one individual
Summary
Solo founder + community support
Expert-led, contributor-driven global team
Bootstrapped
Venture + grant + revenue supported
Improving product
Scaling ecosystem and workforce pipelines
Building for users
Building with users
Nesolearn is not waiting to assemble a large team before executing, it is proving the model first, then scaling with the right people. The team will grow the same way learners succeed on the platform:
Earn your seat through impact, contribution, and alignment with the mission.
