Appendix B – Partnership MOUs

This section outlines the structure, intent, and current status of Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) between Nesolearn and its strategic partners. MOUs define areas of collaboration, mutual expectations, and alignment with the platform’s roadmap, covering education, content development, infrastructure, and credentialing.

Purpose of MOUs

MOUs serve as formal but non-legally binding agreements that allow Nesolearn and its partners to align on key strategic initiatives, including:

  • Technology Use & Integration: Leveraging Nesolearn’s tools, including $NESOL token rewards, soulbound Proof-of-Learning credentials, and learning pathway frameworks.

  • Pilot Programs: Collaborative initiatives involving learners, educators, and institutions to test and optimize platform features.

  • Revenue & Incentive Models: Agreements on revenue sharing, co-created content monetization, or token-based incentive structures.

  • Data & User Ownership: Ensuring privacy, security, and interoperability commitments between Nesolearn and partner platforms.

  • Joint Outreach: Coordinated marketing campaigns, credential issuance programs, and regional onboarding strategies.

Types of Partners

MOUs are designed to reflect the diverse educational ecosystem Nesolearn seeks to engage:

  • Educational Institutions: Schools, universities, vocational centers, collaborating on credentialing, co-designed learning pathways, and student engagement programs.

  • EdTech Companies & Training Platforms: Co-creating content, integrating learning technology, and jointly launching upskilling programs.

  • Nonprofits & NGOs: Focused on literacy, digital skills, inclusion, and offline-first education programs.

  • Content & Curriculum Providers: Institutions, teacher collectives, and authors exploring $NESOL token rewards, bulk content migration, and verified credentialing.

  • Government Agencies & Ministries: Supporting national education initiatives, skill certification programs, and workforce development.

  • Tooling & Protocol Partners: Integration of Adaptive learning engines, secure storage solutions, and analytics platforms to enhance learning outcomes.

Status (As of Publication)

As of this whitepaper’s release, Nesolearn has no formalized MOUs, although multiple potential partners have expressed interest. The team is taking a strategic approach to ensure that only the best-fit partners are onboarded to the ecosystem, creating lasting value for learners, educators, and all stakeholders.

Current engagement includes:

  • Exploratory discussions with regional EdTech startups in West Africa and across United States.

  • Initial conversations with NGOs focused on literacy and digital skills in emerging African markets.

  • Interest from content providers and curriculum designers regarding token-based incentives and credentialing integration.

  • Early dialogue with government education agencies to explore alignment with national skill development initiatives.

Note: All finalized MOUs will be published on Nesolearn’s documentation hub and shared publicly as soon as they are ratified by the internal partnership team.
